Was just doing a little surfing after upgrading laptop to windows 7 and stumbled across this site that claims it is FDA certified...

And even gives you a FDA certification number too!!

HMMMM can we say bogus?

Or do you think this is for real? HMMMM

FDA approved e-cig?

It says it "has been registered" with the FDA, not approved by the FDA. I think all that means is that they've filed the paperwork. Still, if I hadn't just watched a vid of an FDA conf. call (on Chris' youtube channel) I probably wouldn't have thought of that. Still pretty sneaky.

Also looks like they're based out of England/Wales - guess they can make any claim about the FDA they want.

This is the exact reason we start certifying suppliers here on Vapor Talk. There is no charge to the supplier but we make sure they follow a strict set of guidelines. :)

Certified suppliers can be found here: http://www.vaportalk.com/forum/forum/index.php?/topic/2951-vt-certified-suppliervendor-list/

Or by clicking the supplier link towards the top of the forum. All other suppliers that have either not met our guidelines (some suppliers are not to happy about it) or those that have yet to submit for certification are marked in black bold "unregistered supplier"
