I get my premamde coils from here but there are a ton of other places where you can get them online. I have to say that Fasttech has great prices and so far all the  coils I have bought have been spot on ohm wise and are a constant size and good in performance, I like them. They're just very very slow in delivery.

I would try your local vape shop or  I know that Central Vapor sells some. It's really not that hard to wind coils but you need at minimum an ohm meter,jig and ceramic tweezers. I watched a lot of youtube videos and learned a lot. Also tools for measuring resistance, ohms  and such  as using steam engine . is VERY useful

I'm not sure about coils. I live in the UK but the above comment is very true. Fasttech are spot on. I hate building on the smok tfv8. Lots of spitback if your chain vaping. The tfv8 is great when using the coils (t8,q4,t6) .
