Carla
I just got a new EVOD tank 2.2 And it is popping and crackling every time I try to use it. I have used the EVOD tank 2.5 for awhile now and it does not do that. Why is my new one doing this Edited March 4, 2016 by Carla

Carla
Kind of new to this, I am using an ego-t 650 battery. coil size? it is the one that came in it. I don't have a watts/volts tester.
Compenstine
Did you change your Juice?
Compenstine
If you did not change your juice then you may have a lower ohm coil than you did before. The coil head has a ohm symbol on it ( Ω ) with a number after. like Ω 2.0 or Ω 1.8. If your old coil was say a Ω 2.5 and you now have a Ω 1.5 coil head in your tank it would explain it. With your unit there is not much you can do except go back to a higher ohm coil. Otherwise it really is not a big deal. It will not harm you or your unit. Carla
Yes I did change the juice, that didn't help. So I looked at the coil, it was touching the side, I moved it just enough that it didn't touch any more and it stopped the popping. It was brand new and came that way. Will start checking any new ones I get before I use them. Compenstine
