CRO
Went out and picked up three of the seven juices from LUIQID EFX. The three I picked were 'purple hitter' 'lucky charm' and 'pumpkin cookie' the company is based in Long Beach, Ca. For these juices I will be using a IPV 3li with a twisted messes RDA atop. A single coil 10 wrap nickle ohming out at .09, vaping at 440F at 50J, two holes open w/ drip tip adapter and no tip. The Jap. cotton will be changed between flavors to avoid contamination. All juices are a 6mg nic content. First up will be the 'pumpkin cookie'. Described on the site as, "fresh pumpkin sprinkled with the spices of fall, irresistible cookie dough and decader butter" The bottle design is very simmilar to an anchor brewing logo, the marketing flyer for the juice was amazing though will have to track one down to post. when first opening the smell is reminiscent of pumpkin pie and eggnog, the milk and spices of eggnog come out very heavily for me. It is listed as a 70/30 ratio, viscosity is as to be expected at those levels. On inhale the spice is slightly present, there is also a very smooth note of pumpkin. Not much throght hit. On exhale the mouth has a pleasant mix of smooth pumpkin with nutmeg and cinnamon, the eggnog is not present in the vape. The nose exhale is where this juice really shines in my eyes. It has the perfect amount of spice without overpowering the creamy cookie and pumpkin notes. The vapor production is good thick but not max vg style vapor, the room notes are very pleasant and non vapors remarked it smelled "like fall". As always juice is personal but for me I would give it a solid 7/10 and as far as fall season vapers it makes my top 5. stay tuned for the next two! CRO
Second up will be "Purple Hitter" described as "a mix of wild blueberries and blueberry waffles drizzled with vanilla custard" a 70/30 ratio. Same anchor logo as the pumpkin cookie, fairly plain and unassuming. These come in 30ml glass drooper bottles by the way. Upon opening a strong scent of blueberry is released. It stays true in that it is a very "natural" berry scent, no candy notes to be found. There is a possible hint of crust, but is very much overpowered by the berry. Typical 70/30 viscosity, seems to be PG based flavoring. With the inhale the berry gets muted to a large extent and the vanilla and crumb get a chance to show though. There is almost no throat hit, very smooth. The exhale very much gets split up between the nose taste and mouth taste. In the nose the berry comes through a lot, though it is not quite "blueberry" it has the wild berry throw a bit of earthy ness to it. The mouth taste is completely different. The crumb is the most powerful flavor and has some aftertaste, or afterglow as I call it. There is a undertone of blueberry, but it also has that 'muted earthy ness' to it. The vapor production is good, but not great for a 70/30 juice. It does not stay around long and does not have much room scent to it. Overall I give it a 6/10, the muted blueberry just did not catch my fancy. I will vape the rest of the bottle though.
