Custom paint?

Just bought an ipv4s last month. However....it is an all black model and is showing signs of wear...

Has anyone here done custom paint plus clearcoat on a mod?

If so I would love to see some of your work.

Mine is on my workbench as we speak getting ready to be dissasemled.

I've not done it myself, but several members on here have...  A good enamel paint is a must, and you won't need a clear-coat unless you just want it.  The clear-coat is usually very poor in resisting oils from your hands and will look like crap quickly.  A good enamel paint will remain shiny and resistant to skin oils... and can be buffed-out and even waxed with great success.

One of my black IPV-mini's is looking like it's been dragged behind a truck for a few miles, so I'm going to be sanding it to bare metal soon, and I'm planning to coat it with Rustoleum's oil-baesd exterior enamel (smoke grey with regal red diagonal stripe).

Aren't there wraps you can buy for your box mod??

Yes, but not all box mod's have pre-cut wraps made for them... alternatively you can buy sheets of wrap (uncut) and cut one to fit your mod... a lot of people have done that with automotive-grade vinyl.
