Probably the center pin on the battery is not making contact with the charger. This comes from screwing your tank on too tight. Gently lift the center pin on the battery.

If you lifted the center-pin, and it still will not charge, you either have a defective charger, or your X6 is dead.

Do you have another charger to try?

How old is it?  It may still be under warranty, or at least the 30-day exchange period from where you purchased it?

These things happen, even to a newly purchased product... sometimes you just get a dud...  This is why we constantly preach about back-ups and back-ups for your back-ups on this forum... I know you're just starting out, but having at least 2 batteries is a necessity, because they are not fool-proof, and will fail when you least expect it...

BTW, you only have to post your question once... and I noticed you posted the same question to Vaping Underground, and received the same answer... so, that should tell you what you need, rather than what you want to hear... there is no magic to fix it... if it's dead, it's dead... :(

Did you try lifting the center pin on the charger as well?

The green light on the charger would indicate it's not making contact. Ir your battery is dead.

Check the condition of the charger center pin. If you don't clean your battery before putting it on the charger it will gunk up the charger or corrode the charger contact and then it's toast.
