Kevo88 Posted July 25, 2015 Share Posted July 25, 2015 Today I'm running my first ever obstacle course run. It's the wipe out run at US Cellular Field, and I am really stoked! This is going to be a warm up/prep race to get ready for the Jack axe race that I'm competing in next month. cesar Posted July 25, 2015 Share Posted July 25, 2015 Don't eat before the race... instead build up your calories 24 hours before the start, and then have a light breakfast. Doh! You said today... well, rice is ok..and if you have time drink plenty of water..just not two hours before the race..you need to go to the toilet to empty the tanks. Cesar, thank you for the pre race diet advice!
