Tam Posted June 8, 2015 Posted June 8, 2015 To my knowledge, it would only apply to juice, as they want to make juice listed as a "tobacco product"... but give them time and they'll "try" to tax the hardware, too.If that comes to pass, I can see someone marketing an RDA as "New Age Art" or some such to bypass the restriction.
FXRich Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Would taxes apply to electronic breath fresheners? Mplough 1
Tam Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Would taxes apply to electronic breath fresheners?Yes. It would also apply to personal mobile fog machines -- just in case you'd want to act out a dramatic night scene with the scary fog from Dracula or something at the spur of the moment.
Mplough Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 I live in Georgia, so far the only law is over 18. I am so sick of politicians and big tobacco. If big tobacco had a brain they would embrace vaping and start to assist in responsible eliquid manufacturing. There does need to be some sort of regulation for safety but the Fed's answer to everything is tax, tax, tax.
