Back when I still had a house-boat on the river, we'd fillet our catches, wrap them in a foil pouch with peppers, onions, mushrooms, and lots of butter... and toss them on the grill.

 

I miss having a boat, but I don't miss the cost of upkeep

Been boating a long time and upkeep has been minimal but we use our boat more like a floating RV than a boat. Other than one or two trips a year we are rarely more than a mile from the marina lol. I have put more into my generator than any of my engines but I put hours on it 20-1 over my engines. My 99 454s only have 365 hours.

Plus I have an amazing boat mechanic that works for beer haha
