ezsqueek Posted February 25, 2015 Share Posted February 25, 2015 i recently bout a k-100 mod with an IGO- W RDA i've rewicked it several time and i'm getting a burnt taste i noticed when trying to get my coils to glow, one coil was bright orange before the other started changing color at all i did tamper with the coils a bit but nothing too crazy the last wrap of one coil is kinda "pulled out" but other than that they look fine help?!?!? shen_long86 Posted February 25, 2015 Share Posted February 25, 2015 I agree with comp,check your negative posts to make sure it is tight but not too tight...i had the same problem with my recent dual coil build...it is a macro sleeper build so both coils are made out of a single piece of kanthal. I had the same issue with this and it turned out that one of the negative screws was a little loose, i tightened it up and it works great...both coils glow at the same time....so i would try that first and then try firing the coils and do some pinching with tweezers or pliers, and see if that fixes the issue.
