I have this issue when I fill from the top. Doing this breaks the vacuum. Improper wicking can also cause this. You must make sure your wick fills both sides of the well at the bottom.

I was doing that to my Orchid filling it from the top because I didn't have a needle bottle to fill from the bottom. That's most likely why its leaking from the airholes

It can be done, but it will flood 99.9% of the time doing it. There are some tricks that work sometimes, but I have found it only really works when your filling for the first time. If you have any fluid in the tank it will flood.

Everything I've seen for this baby was to avoid top filling because of exactly what Comp says, 99% of the time it's going to flood if your wick material isn't filled out and if there's any remaining fluid.

From what I know about Kayfuns, the type makes a difference in how you troubleshoot problems.

I know I wick my lite, lite V2, 3.1 or the Russian differently.

After you check that the O-rings are good and in place, seems the amount of air flow to the deck has something to do with it.

I draw very slow, mouth to lung pulls on the 3.1 and lite with more cotton wicking because they have a fixed, non-adjustable air flow; and can pull a little quicker and harder on the lite V2 and Russian with less cotton.

( affects the amount of juice is pulled up the channels )

This is just how I control juice coming out air hole.

Slow, easy pulls.

Hope this helps.
