Do you need any special license to sell your DIY E-Liquids online?

I was wondering if you need anything other than a solid homemade e-liquid to start selling your DIY liquids online? I'm interested in starting to make my own Juice and if I find that I excel at it I'd like to become a vendor and donate a % of the proceeds to the Vape A Vet cause.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to make this happen. I'd like to buy my supplies in bulk from the get go to allow for a lot of room for trail and error while perfecting my recipes before attempting to sell it of course.

Any help, especially from vendors who were in my shoes at one point would be greatly appreciated.

I suppose it depends on the law in your state and where you are sending it to.
