I have read on certain reviews "this is safe to vape all day". Is there some e juices that are safe for all day and some can only be used in small sessions?

Yeah, I had assumed ADV (All Day Vape) meant a juice that someone uses for the majority of the time, not special occasions.

I think if you are going to chain vape like a lot of us you might not want to use high octane all day but rather use the lowest nicotine level you can get away with.

Definitely agree with mcquinn on that one.

My last order was all 24mg nicotine and I chain vape...sometimes I get a little nauseous from it so my next order is going to have some batches of 0mg stuff.

Good Point.

Usually, I order 12 mg of my ADV but lately I've been ordering 1 bottle of the 12 and 1 bottle of the 6 mg. Been going through more of the 6 mg these days. Might even drop it down to 3 mg next order. :)

So basically it is the NIC level that determines if you can chain vape the ejiuce. That makes sense now.

Nic level plays the biggest part but also VG level. Too much VG and the wick can't soak up it fast enough so you wind up with dry hits. Those are not pleasant. I'd go no more than 30 PG/70 VG at the most. My preferred is 50/50 and I still get lots of flavor and vapor enough to satisfy. YMMV. :)

At the end of the day, we all have a level of nic that is best for us. Our bodies let us know. Based on any one persons style of vapeing will likely dictate that. It's not a good for one, good for all thing. That's also what makes it so hard to give advice on some aspects of vapeing......
