i use aprotank 3 and wonder if in anyone has the trouble i do. sometimes the coils work fine, then stop producing vapor the way they should, even when newly installed. then at times it will start to spit juice into the stem. anyone else with this problem?

Hi John, and Welcome to VT!

First of all, are you using the coils that came with the tank? If so, they are usually garbage coils, which are poor performers and short-lived. Pick up a pack of coils from the VT store, another reputable online retailer, or a reputable Brick and Mortar store. I would suggest 1.5 or 1.8 Ohm coils (I prefer 1.5 for dual-coils).

If you're not using the included coils (or even if you are), it would also help to know the resistance of the coils, type of battery your using (and settings), and the pg/vg ratio of your juice. We can make better suggestions with that info

Like Earthling said,probably your coils.Mine has done that spitting thing in the past.The little rubber grommets on the coils come from the factory all screwed up sometimes.If that doesn't help I take my mod with the tank attached and give it a few slings to get that juice out of the tube.just make sure you hold on to it very tightly lol I've had them fly across the room.
