Compenstine
Do you have a way (adapter) to plug it in a wall outlet?

Earthling789
I have two nite-core chargers (i4's), and never experienced this, and one of my chargers is a couple years old. They are warranted, so I'd see about getting a replacement... Even if it's new, that doesn't guarantee that it's not defective or damaged, unfortunately Tam and Compenstine
Compenstine
I would advise the same as Earthling did. ^^^^
