I'm very sure they will DRAW less than 1A, so plugging into either port will be fine. Amps are DRAWN, not pushed, so plugging into a charger/bank that is rated higher than the device will draw is perfectly fine. If either device requires more than 1A (1000mA), then you MUST use the 2.1A port or you could damage the device (worst case), or it will charge very slowly (and heat up the battery bank).
