Tx Biker Posted August 20, 2014 Posted August 20, 2014 Awesome thanks. Mine is on week 2 and going strong. I'm going to break mine down when it comes to coil change time and try for a rebuild.
christov11 Posted August 20, 2014 Author Posted August 20, 2014 (edited) I usually change them once a month regardless of any factors on my day to day mod. on my backup i uised it only a month and then when i put the new coil in, 2 days later i got a new mod. If ever you think about it let me know what it looks like ! Edited August 20, 2014 by christov11
Tx Biker Posted August 20, 2014 Posted August 20, 2014 I'll get pics when I break it down and of the new coils going back in. I'm going to also try a cotton wick in one build to see how that works out. christov11 1
raiderep Posted August 20, 2014 Posted August 20, 2014 I was having bad luck with new coils before the new verticals came out. I watched rip trippers video on rebuilding them and that was the only way I was happy with my nautilus but it still wasn't that great. The vertical coils are completely amazing and my nautilus has new life. This may be completely random too...just chiming in.
christov11 Posted August 20, 2014 Author Posted August 20, 2014 im gonna get a pack of those and give them a try! In the nautilus theyre placed in an "x" formation. How are they in the mini? stacked vertically?
Vydall Posted August 20, 2014 Posted August 20, 2014 Rebuild is much easier if you dremel straight through the two holes on the side and just wick your cotton through the holes once you line the coil up.Rebuild is much easier if you dremel straight through the two holes on the side and just wick your cotton through the holes once you line the coil up.
