moonbogg
New vaper here and I dove in deep right away. Anyway, I just got a new kayfun lite plus (authentic) and screwed it (gently) onto my provari just to see how it looked. It looked great, but the connection pin on the kayfun scratched the provari contact pin pretty good. I really didn't like that. Looking for solutions. Hippo V2 seems to be out of stock everywhere. I thought about lapping and deburring the kayfun pin to smooth the sharp edges. Any thoughts?
Mr Smith
does it not use a screw in the center? I have a clone and it uses a screw as the center pin to allow it to be adjusted up or down in height. Never had that issue. a file to debur if there are sharp edges wont hurt anything..
redfury23
from what I remember there should be a flathead screw in the post which you can adjust but I'm not sure on the originals
mvince201
Why does it matter if you scratch your firing pin? I feel like that would only help conductivity lol
slappy3139
The only kayfuns I know of that have adjustable center pin is the russians. Never had an authentic Kayfun from Some to but all the kfl and kfl+ clones I have used aren't adjustable.
