"Customs Agents Seize 316,000 Bongs Disguised as Christmas Ornaments" They aren't, it's a pipe to use tobacco. It seems like customs likes wasting peoples money. If it's illegal, make it illegal to sell it in stores. It's makes no sense..You can open a head shop and sells pipes but you can't import them. That's the most illogical **** I've ever heard.
