jmhester Posted November 19, 2009 Share Posted November 19, 2009 Yeah, I didn't want to bash TW or any other supplier. They can't control the QA of a chinese manufacture. And as I said, I never bothered to contact TW. $7 isn't worth my time and effort. But I do agree with everyone that there is so much competition that the biz is going to the ones with the best CS.
