hkdupcivic
Ok I've rebuilt coils with straight kanthal before but never used the nr-r-nr before. Which is why I'm wondering has anyone done this build. I'm worried that straight kanthal will melt the insulator ring around the positive pin. Any help would be appreciated.

hkdupcivic
yeah this is where I got the idea but then I saw another video with a Scottish dud saying to only use nr-r-nr due to the entire kanthal heating up and melting the rubber spacer around the positive pin. so im trying to find someone whos done this before and if there was any issues with it. fishguy1123
Not sure, but that might be because of a dual coil rebuild.
