As of this morning I am down a total of 48.4 lbs and am at my lowest weight in over a decade! Only 40 more lbs to my final goal! Self high five! What's the goal weight you're going for? 220 is my goal but I may dip just below that. Weight Watchers shows for my height I should be a max of 196 but dam I am 6'2" and a large frame. I was about 210 in college in the mid 90s and just didnt look right. I think keeping it between 220 and 225 is the ticket for me long term.
