All are not bad, but in my experience all that I have been to are. There are the minority that actually want to make a fair profit while educating people about vaping. The majority want to make a quick buck, probably vaped a month or two and saw dollar signs, and are not qualified to advise anyone on most intermediate to advanced equipment.
