Nemesis mod clone not working

Hey guys i just got my nemesis mod clone by hcigar its silver and gold i have charged my battery and set everything up bit when i try to fire it up it doesnt work i cleaned the inside of the button with alcohol still didnt work what should i do next

Your pins may not be making contact with the battery.

Some of the clones come with shorter contact pins than others.

Your atty may not be making contact with the center pin...use a meter to see if its firing without the atty on. Both pins on a nem are adjustable or should be
