Wes Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 What is the difference between the two style ? I have several brc 18650 batteries I use in flashlights but wouldn't think of using them in my Vamo without knowing the difference. Wes
mcquinn Posted April 14, 2014 Posted April 14, 2014 Near as I can tell BRC is a new name for the protected lithium ion batteries we have been using all along, IMR on the other hand do not have the protection circuitry but rather use some chemical magic to make them safer than regular unprotected lithium ion batteries. I would not be ascared to use them for normal resistance vaping needs . I would not do extra low resistance at all so that would not be an issue for me. Joshuab3687 1
