I can get away with it at night but I still buy one anyway. Like the pick shows I fish off the dock too and I like keeping my land. They could take it in this state and call it poaching. Besides it is only $21 bucks (They go up this year )

Fishing is different than keeping in an aquarium after caught. I personaly don't care as long as they understand what is involved and provide a reasonable environment.
