k100 and igo-w4 questions

so i got a k100 and an igo-w4 but the throat hit is too harsh. like its way too hot.

should i change wire for the coil? i like a slight throat hit like what i got from my ego c twist and vivi nova tank.

how many ohms should i make the coils. also im using cotton for wick.

What I've discovered about the IGO W4 is that the holes for air flow are too small, which is what creates a harsh throat hit. No matter what ohm coils I've built, the vapor was harsh enough to take my tonsils out. For some time I thought it was my coils but I don't think so anymore. Sometime soon I'll be drilling them out to 1/16" to see if that helps. YMMV.

i was planning on getting it drilled out. this is my first MOD so i wanted to try it out since i had my juice at home... ill prolly go back and have it drilled out tomorrow.

Yeah drilling them out to 1/16 makes a world of difference! I did both mine and glad I did.

I don't know what size drill bit my husband used for the holes on mine. I was told to make sure the holes are close to the coils too, and that has helped tremendously!

All my rdas are drilled out just over 1/8th. It allows for great airflow for lung hits and massive clouds
