HelloMiakoda
I replaced the atomizer head in my Kanger mini pro tank 2 because the old one started leaking horribly. Now, the leak stopped, but I have this hint of rubber flavor. What's going on? I even put the original drip tip bacm thinking there might be something wrong with my tip (which I got the same day as putting in the new head). Dasfriek
If you dry burned it you could have melted the rubber insulator on the bottom. I'd try a vodka rinse and dry it and learn to take the top post off for more accurate burns. Personally I don't do them.

Compenstine
Sounds like the lead is getting hot referred to as a "Hot Leg". Take out the coil and see if the rubber at the base of the coil is blackened. It yes then that coil is bad. There is really not much that can be done. I know you got that from me so if you send the coil heads back to me I will rebuild them at no cost.
