BigClouds1021 Posted February 19, 2014 Posted February 19, 2014 Has anyone tried the new aspire nautilus tanks yet? If so, what do u think of them?
sparc Posted February 19, 2014 Posted February 19, 2014 I have it and I like it. I like how easy it is to adjust the airflow, good flavor and vapor production using the supplied 1.8ohm coil. It's a little pricey but it beats the snot out of my mini protank 2. There is a little bit of gurgling at times and it did have a tiny bit of leakage once but that could of been of user error because it hasn't happened again. Aspire Nautilus by kiu101, on Flickr
Jeffb Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 I have one on order. Should get it this week. METALHEAD 1
Tw1sted Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 They look really nice. Kind of wish I ordered one of these instead of a 2nd PT3 as as backup bottom.
Happy Vapor Posted February 22, 2014 Posted February 22, 2014 Love love love my nautilus. The only complaint I have is it is very hard to rebuild the coils. Other than that, absolutely no complaints.
iheartvape Posted February 22, 2014 Posted February 22, 2014 I have one and we just got the wife one today, that's how much I like it... Lol. It is by far the best atomizer (non rebuildable) I have used to date, and i have tried dang near all of them... Lol
METALHEAD Posted February 22, 2014 Posted February 22, 2014 I have one on order. Should get it this week. Do you mind sharing where you ordered from? I've been looking around and it seems its out if stock on many sites.
BigClouds1021 Posted February 23, 2014 Author Posted February 23, 2014 I found mine a premier electronics
Aquatroy Posted February 25, 2014 Posted February 25, 2014 Decided to try one today, NICE! Can't decide what airflow hole I like best....but it is a good one...big tho....
sparc Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 Can you rebuild them? Yes you can rebuild the coils. Aquatroy 1
Aquatroy Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 Can you rebuild them? Yes you can rebuild the coils. Comp?
sparc Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 Comp? Me not understanding "comp?" . Riptripper has a youtube video for rebuilding the coils in the Nautilus.
joejoevapekins Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 Me not understanding "comp?" . Riptripper has a youtube video for rebuilding the coils in the Nautilus. I just watched it. Looks like a pain but doable
Happy Vapor Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 Don't take out the wicking material from the inside. You can't get it back in. I tried to rebuild one and said "what's this" and ruined one head. Now I've got it and they are not that bad.
Joshuab3687 Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 Comp is short for a fellow member here. Compenstine.
Imnukingfutz Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Has anyone tried the new aspire nautilus tanks yet? If so, what do u think of them? I got mine about a week ago and love it. The 5 ml tank is great, the flavor and vapor it produces are perfect. The only issue I have found with it is that the glass shatters very easily and no one has replacement glass in stock. On the good side of that, you can get the stainless steel top on ebay. Very well worth the money for the Nautilus.
Tw1sted Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 I'm really kickin myself in the butt for not holding off before I bought a 2nd BCC - I wanted to have a replacement incase anything happened to my PT3 which I use all day while at work, so I ordered another one. It was days later when I started reading up on the Nautilus and if I would have waiting I definitely would have skipped out on the PT3 for the Nautilus.
Jeffb Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 I received my Nautilus last week. So far its the best tank I have ever tried. My Nova and PT's can suck it. sparc 1
Aquatroy Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 Anybody having any flooding gurgle issues? I'm hearing about em...mine maybe just barely, kinda draws like a dripping 357...
Jeffb Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 I haven't had that issue yet. I'll let you know if it becomes a problem in the future.
