New problem with wood mod.

Alright, so you guys probably remember my wood mod I posted about how the tank wouldnt work right? Well, today I bought a new tank, (i had fixed me old one but I bought a new one for the hell of it) It's an iClear 30. Has dual coil atomizer with 8 wicks on each coil, so it totals 16. Anyway, I noticed before I bought the new tank that my battery wasn't hitting as hard as it used to. and I thought it was the old tank after it messed up. Well, what I noticed today after the new tank is that I have to hold the button down until I hear a pop, which takes about a second or 2, and it stops after 10 seconds of hitting instead of 15. If I up the voltage it still persists and it doesnt hit any harder. Any ideas?
