Anyone Involved In Physical Fitness/sports Who Vapes Regularly?

Greetings again,

I'm curious to know if any of you are involved in physical sports/activities that vape on a regular basis? If so, have you noticed any significant changes in your health after switching from analogs to vaping?

I only smoke around 2 analogs a day and sometimes a pack or more on the weekend, but I still enjoy running, mma, p90x and other sports. So what I want to know is, who here vapes and gets their daily exercise?

There's no way everyone sits on their couch or at work all day vaping ... at least I hope. =(

It would be cool to have a poll for something like this but im not sure how to go about it.

Anyways, any feedback is appreciated

Devin

Oh man totally, definitely can notice an increase in physical activities. Im up and down the stairs all the time at my apartment to let the dog outside, and usually by the time i get to the top i would be taking rather deep breaths. Now ive noticed i can run up the stairs and keep a calm breathing rate. Also ive been noticing when i go sparing at the gym my endurance seems to have damn near tripled! :showoff:

Work out 6 days a week and I can tell you I have very much noticed a difference. I spend 3 of my workout days doing 60 minutes of cardio and I have a far greater lung capacity now. There is one drawback though. It is harder to get my pulse up to my target rate now that I am not smoking. This is actually a good thing, but it causes me to have to work out harder to reach my target.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I knew there had to be some athletes that vape on this forum. I can't wait to get my e-cig in the mail so I can finally make the switch from analogs to e-cig.

If anyone else has anything to share, feel free!
