hoodlums562 Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 I currently am vaping with a Smoktek S.I.D. and I am looking to try out a mechanical Mod but am looking for suggestions on which one I should go with. My brother has a nemesis clone which I like but want to go with something different. Anybody have any expierences with the Smoktek Magneto?

iheartvape Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 The Magneto is a great device, a friend of mine has one, i really like it, i used it for a day. I currently have the KTS+, K100, and a Launcher v2, my K100 is my go to mech mod, but my Launcher V2 is quickly becoming my all around favorite.

I will say the Gold ones are not solid brass,they are plated SS. I don't think they make a solid brass Magneto model. With brass you really need to be careful with the threads because of it being a softer metal. Joshuab3687 1

hoodlums562 Posted February 6, 2014 Author Posted February 6, 2014 I just recently watched a review on the Magneto on youtube from "pbusardo" and after watching this it had me concerned about the switch and the wobble of the telescope with a 18650 battery. Has anyone expierenced this? Sort of leaning toward the nemesis clone after seeing this.
joejoevapekins Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 I've had mine for months now and i haven't had any problems. I have run it in 18350-650 without any wobble or play in the tube. The switch fires every time i have used it. For the price of it i really can't see anything that i could complain about.
