tatthehood
Wussup guys and gals. Im new to the forum. Just started vaping. 2 weeks analog free and lovin it. I have an ego twist with a mini pt2. I also have a regular pt2. And I have mod that a friend gave me and I have no clue what it is. Click the button 5 times and it changes color...3 times. Im guessing voltage change. Idk tho. Any input? wizard46304
First off, welcome. Secondly, I believe it's variable voltage, each color is a different setting. If I'm not mistaken, blue is low, purple is medium, and red is the highest.
tatthehood
Thanks for the kind welcome. And yeah it seems to be just like that. You dont happen to know the brand of it do you? I mean im pretty sure its just a clone of the real deal because its pretty cheap feeling. But it vapes great with the pt2.
tatthehood
Or maybe what the voltage variaton is?
wizard46304
Not sure who makes them, doesn't matter if its a knock off or not as long as it works for you, I used knock off egos for several months when I started.Or maybe what the voltage variaton is? voltage I'd probably 3.7, 4.0, 4.
tatthehood
Awesome. Thanks for the help. Now if I only knew what ohm the head is on the pt2. It vapes amazing at the second setting. About the same as 4.0v on the ego twist.
wizard46304
I'd be guessing, 2.2 or 2.5 to be good at 4 volts
tatthehood
Yeah im sure ill figure all that out after searching around the forums for a while.
wizard46304
Yeah, it does depend in your personal taste, so when you buy coils it will be a bit of trial and error to find your own sweet spot. But in the grand scheme, coils are cheap. If you look and have good enough eyesight, the ohms may be etched on the base of the coil. tatthehood
Yeah definetely. I started with a dual coil ce4 and I cant even touch that thing anymore since I got my protanks
wizard46304
The ce's are really to figure out if you like vaping. Just about any clearomizer is an upgrade from those.
tatthehood
I can see that. I started vaping just because I was given a mod. After a day it died and I didnt have a charger. I realized I hadnt smoked a single analog since using the pv. So I bought the twist. 2 weeks free from the analogs. I think vaping is for me. Altho theres alot I need to learn. wizard46304
