Bebop Posted January 1, 2014 Posted January 1, 2014 Sounds like you're going to have to take it apart, wash it up. Get it as dry as you can. I used to use the iclear 16 a lot. These tanks like to be topped off regularly. And they do need to be tipped up. You might have to try a dry burn. Look it up on YouTube
