dannyk Posted December 28, 2013 Posted December 28, 2013 Thought I'd share this with you lot, it's variable 1100mAH. Push 5 times to cycle through the voltage. Red - 3.2 Purple - 3.7 Blue - 4.2 Only downside is no ability to turn off that didn't bother me as I normally leave them on anyway. Built in battery guage and standard ego / 510 fitting. EBay - £9.99 that's about $14.5 plus postage. Obviously the quality isn't as good as a twist or spinner but it does the job and works just as well as my twist.
spydre Posted December 28, 2013 Posted December 28, 2013 Just saying, don't always trust what you get off e-Bay.
dannyk Posted December 28, 2013 Author Posted December 28, 2013 I know I've been caught put in the past. This however seems alright checked on the meter and the voltage does change and seems to last a while. I prefer the feel to my twist and you can go anywhere on the twist from 3.2 to 4.8 but this is ok. Ideal if you want the option of variable but don't want to pay 3x as much.
bcartervol98 Posted December 28, 2013 Posted December 28, 2013 3x as much? I have never seen a Vision Spinner 1300mah over $25 anywhere I shop.
dannyk Posted December 28, 2013 Author Posted December 28, 2013 Look at some UK sites I paid £25 + postage for my 900 twist !
Bebop Posted December 28, 2013 Posted December 28, 2013 I like the concept. But my experience is that i'm usually dialing in my spinners between 3.7 and 4.2
mikelove Posted December 28, 2013 Posted December 28, 2013 Yeah would rather pay 25 for vision spinner
dannyk Posted December 28, 2013 Author Posted December 28, 2013 That is the only issue with it you're stuck with the 3 options but no where in between. Saying that I don't think my twist has moved from 3.9 since I've had it. It's ok like I said if you're on a budget and you don't mind being either side of the sweet spot lol.
Rixter Posted December 28, 2013 Posted December 28, 2013 (edited) I couldn't really tell from the pictures above, but your ecig looks like it has a "button band" instead of a fire button. If it is, sooner or later, the "button band" is going to break...fact of life. Don't despair, however - replacements can be found here (among other places). Edited December 28, 2013 by Rixter
dannyk Posted December 28, 2013 Author Posted December 28, 2013 It's a spare anyway but if I need one I'll bookmark that page.
Rixter Posted December 28, 2013 Posted December 28, 2013 It's a spare anyway but if I need one I'll bookmark that page. I editied my previous post because I included a wrong link. The link will take you to the right place now.
