crush02342002 Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 ha figured it out...lol had to click this little icon on the top left hand corner of the dialog box VaporTron 1
VaporTron Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 Sweet build, but why not duals? I already spend a bunch of juice on this, and I don't see it necessary. I've tried it but it really eats juice that way. I love the flavor and Vapor this one produces, it's my favorite build.

charliestheman Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 I was gonna post some pics, till I saw how good all the other ones look lol. I'm having heck getting my phone to shoot good coils, but I haven't been shooting wicked which may help. When I build a really pretty set of coils I'm thinking about wanting to feel that lung hit, not getting out the DSLR. What are you guys shooting with?
mvince201 Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 Used my galaxy lol. It doesn't focus unless I zoom in a bit.
Love2VapeDaily Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 What gives with center post builds? Seems like less airflow because the post is in the way. Wicking centers seems better because you can let the cotton hang out both ends

I have a Nikon D3s with Leica Summicron-M 50 sitting next to me but I just use one of my phones. Lets see the coils!

crush02342002 Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 yours have got to look better than mine...lol
mvince201 Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 Ty. I'm usually kind of ocd about it, but been lazy lately lol.
iheartvape Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 (edited) Did something a little different with these... twisted 2 strands of 30g together, then added a 3rd strand but twisted in reverse of the first twist..... As soon as its time to replace coils in my Stillare or Brass Monkee I will show the resistance and update how they work. Edited June 26, 2014 by iheartvape 3Rutez and Compenstine 2
3Rutez Posted June 26, 2014 Author Posted June 26, 2014 Kind of like how the Mundy Magic coil is done. Very interesting. Please let us know how they perform.
crush02342002 Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 almost looks like mini barbed wire. pretty cool looking coils
Richstag Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 What is the main advantage of these twisted coils? Looks like an aircraft wire twister would make beautiful work of one of these.
Richstag Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 That looks really nice ^ What is the advantage though? I have a set of twisters and was going to give it a go, but what's the point?
iheartvape Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 To me it gives better flavor production. Love2VapeDaily 1
Richstag Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 Cool, thanks for the info. Sounds worth it then. Wasn't going to mess with it if it was just an art form.
Richstag Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 First attempt building an RDA. Took about 5 minutes, not as easy as it looked in tutorials. 24 gauge single strand .4 ohm. image by Richstag, on Flickr 3Rutez and Joshuab3687 2
