I was shocked to get a refund, it having been in my disappointed mouth and having no reciept. Apparently, many didn't work. I suggested they carry ones like the nice one I had installed at that moment, she told me they went with the wickless because they are more reliable. Me: "Oh, like the one you just refunded me for?".
