HnyBear
I've been looking all over at info available and I'm getting so much mixed information. I have a Vamo v3 with a Kanger Protank-1 (Single Coil) and am currently using a 18650 battery in it. I'm looking at upgrading my tank to the new Kanger Protank-3 (Dual Coil) from what I've seen my current battery won't be enough voltage for a dual coil head. If that is true what are my options? I've seen people stating stacking 18350 batteries is a bad idea. Current Rig: - Vamo v3 - Kanger Protank-1 2.0 ohm coil - Panasonic NCR18650B Rechargeable 3400mAh 3.7V 18650 Lithium Battery New Rig: - Vamo v3 - Kanger Protank-3 2.0 ohm coil - XTAR IMR18350 3.7V 850mAh Unprotected Rechargeable Li-Ion Batteries or - TrustFire IMR18350 3.7V 800mAh Unprotected Rechargeable Li-ion Batteries
Compenstine
You should have no trouble at all with the 18650s you already have. I run dual coil Iclear 16's, a quad coil and most recently tested an 8 coil using my 18650's. I would recommend the KPT2 tank though. The KPT3 so far is not getting good reviews. This would have better posted in the General forum though. Welcome To Vapor Talk
