HelloMiakoda Posted November 14, 2013 Posted November 14, 2013 Will leaving a spare bottle of e-liquid in the glove box during winter ruin it?
spydre Posted November 14, 2013 Posted November 14, 2013 It will thicken it, and possibly freeze it (so you'll have to warm it up to room temperature before you use it), and it will POSSIBLY make it last longer....but if it's not steeped yet, it will take it longer to steep.
Havamal Posted November 14, 2013 Posted November 14, 2013 Some juice will improve with steeping...there are several methods to do this and several threads on here explaining them. Basically it is letting them age so that the flavors mix thoroughly and strengthen. The general consensus is that this works best with the non fruit flavors, but I have found that my fruit flavors improve as well... I think it depends on the individual, just like a flavor I like you may not like
spydre Posted November 16, 2013 Posted November 16, 2013 I doubt cold weather will hurt it. No, usually, cold doesn't hurt it, at least it's not supposed to. But you'll at least want to warm it to room temperature before using it.
Compenstine Posted November 16, 2013 Posted November 16, 2013 I always keep a bottle in my trucks center console in the winter, just don't do it in the summer, it will go bad.
Proetus Posted November 16, 2013 Posted November 16, 2013 I also keep a bottle in the work truck! In the summer it comes in the house as the heat will make it nasty. Only problem in the winter is it will turn to sludge until warmed up. The winter is hell on wicking in Genny's too.
