Xtar VP1 Charger

Been looking at chargers, fond of this one as it has a built in volt meter. However:

Why does it have 3 current modes? 0.25, 0.5, 1.0. Apparently this differs from battery to battery (18350s should be charged at 0.5 - or so the docs say)

Also, a review I read states:

For people that want 4.20 volt on their batteries, this is not the charger, this charger uses the correct algorithm and the battery voltage will drop slightly below 4.20 volt when the charge is stopped.

…what's up with that?

edit… it charges to 4.17v. That's a whole tenth of a vape missing! con job

No. Sell those at work no no ..intellicharger V2 or 4, one better p-something name but today I can't remember ANYTHING!

Pila? That's the other "super duper" one I've seen. Such a shame, love the built in meter

Yep, but the v2 has worked great 4.2everytime

The intellicharger does it for me, and charges even an 18650 in a couple of hours
