Vamo 3 and protank 2

The hubby and I both have the protank 2 and love it, but im noticing that I am burning through coils much faster than he is. I have a vamo 3 and he has the k100. Im vaping on the lowest setting, still burning it. I wonder y?

Does he use a kick? What kind of battery does he have in it? What voltage do you vape at? Some juices gunk up coils a lot faster than others. Is it dark? Those tend to gunk up coils quicker then light ones in my experience.

Not sure I use a Vamo 3, 1.8ohm coils mostly at 6.5-7w and find the KPT 2 to go through coils less rapidly than my Davide minis. At least it seems that way, but I change coils fairly often. Rarely do I go through more than around 4-5 tankfulls without a coil change. They are too cheap to taste even the slightest burned taste. I clean them and put them aside for a rainy day to get a second use out of them.

I had this problem with my v2 and protank 2, I upgraded to 2.5 coils and cleans thoroughly after every juice change and got a much longer life out of my coils , also dry burning can help as well.

I've started recoiling and reworking my protank atomizers to save money and it works extremely well, takes a little practice but worth it , there are a ton of videos on YouTube
