Patricia
I LOVE my new EVODs but one of the yellow batteries is acting really weird. It will not work with the yellow BCC that came with it but it does work with the pink one. I did try the yellow BCC with another battery and it does work. What could the problem be and is there anything I can do to fix it or should I just try to get a replacement. I know if works I should just not worry about it but yall know how I am about my colors. The yellow has to work with the yellow, that was the whole point. Yellow battery with pink BCC just is not pretty. Remember, I am not as mechanically inclined as you pros. Thanks in advance for the advice.
Tam
The first thing I would do is to take a look at the posts in your batteries. Are they both sticking up the same height? If so continue to step two. Take a look at the connection end of your EVODs. Are both the little round things in the center sticking out in the same amounts? If no to the battery, take a small screw driver or use something similar and carefully work the edges of the center post up. Do this a little at a time in a circular motion until it comes up. If one of the battery posts in you EVOD isn't sticking out as far as the other then take the one that's shortest and, using a pair of tweezers or needle nosed pliers, pull very gently out just a tiny bit. Try on battery. Hopefully, one of those solutions will work for you. Patricia
bcartervol98
Exactly what Tam said. I also found with our T3S tanks that my wife still prefers and are all she will use, the bases can be finicky. I have several of these and I have seen a base not work at all, no matter what I do to it. Then I will take one of my extra bases, put the coil in, and use it and it works fine. Cleaned the one that wasnt working, put in a new coil, screw it into another tank and it will work fine lol. Thing is those things are so finicky, so mass produced, and quality control is lacking to say the least. Overall, though, I am convinced that Anyvape and Kanger produce the best tanks out there overall. Patricia
Tam
Exactly what Tam said. Preferably without the typos and awful sentence structure. Lol Patricia

When I first read your post I thought "I can't do that, I don't even have any tools" Then I remembered I had a metal file that would fit in that area in the battery and I could not believe how easily the center post comes up. It ended up that both of the yellow batteries were not working with THAT EVOD but I did what you said and now they are both working. I am so proud of myself. Thank you so much. I just love this forum.
