He's just saying different people have different motivations for using the ecig, but I think it's a stretch for him to say people are using ecigs just to circumvent existing smoking laws. It's interesting, I think of ecigs as nothing short of miraculous. My wife and I totally quit using ecigs. 6 people we know have totally quit. 2 others have not quit completely and one friend went back to ciggys.
