Grunt2213 Posted September 3, 2013 Posted September 3, 2013 Hello all, About 6 years ago during my deployment overseas, I picked up the rather expensive habit of cigar smoking. About 2 years ago I was able to get rid of it, but with every few months or so I get that urge. Sometimes its just for the feel, sometimes it's because I'm around my friends and fellow vets who still smoke cigars/cigarettes. Anyhow, my wife very conscious of this influence (and who despises the smell of cigars), discovered e-cigars for me. She even found one (Veppo) that has 0mg nicotene to help with the socializing part of it. I won't lie, I have my doubts about the efficacy and whether or not this thing will give me the placebo I need. We shall see, however. I look forward to conversing with all of you!
Lordvapor Posted September 3, 2013 Posted September 3, 2013 I hope it works for you... But as far as e-cigars go.... never tried one Welcome to the forum
wizard46304 Posted September 3, 2013 Posted September 3, 2013 A long as is not the nicotine your craving, I don't see why it wouldn't work for you. Good luck with it.
mcquinn Posted September 3, 2013 Posted September 3, 2013 You just has to get your mind right and you will do fine. There are some very tasty liquids out there and with the right gear you can cloud up a room with the best of them.
Grunt2213 Posted September 3, 2013 Author Posted September 3, 2013 All, thanks for the encouragment. Wish I had known about all this years ago, but better late than never!
spydre Posted September 4, 2013 Posted September 4, 2013 It's possible a zero nic liquid will work for you. From what I remember, cigar smokers don't inhale, right? They just mouth inhale the smoke from the cigar?
wizard46304 Posted September 4, 2013 Posted September 4, 2013 You still absorb nicotine if you don't inhale, and cigars have a huge amount if nicotine inn them.
