Been messing around with Blu and others like it for a couple of years with little success. Finally decided to try something with more vapor. I picked up an ego twist and a couple of eVods. Man what a difference. I've been using it for 9 days now and haven't needed a cig. Even while my wife keeps smoking right next to me in the car. This forum has been a great source for answers.
