Fda certified e liquid

What is involved in a vendor becoming fda certified or the juice specifically , FDA certified .

I bought some from a B&M locally and the owner was trying to make a really big deal about that .

does that have any bearing on anyhthing ?

I dont know of any USA made juice that is FDA certified. I did hear that Dekang in China carries some sort of FDA certification.

So far, the FDA really doesn't have any input on e-cig or e-juice market. It's not considered a tobacco product yet, and it's not intended for ingestion, so how could they certify it?

To me, they just have to meet some basic standards in order to export their products to country with higher standard/regulation. May be just for the FDA approved ingredients.

Ironically Im looking at them now , I didn't even get that brand , And I remember the first ones I picked out were in 24 mg nicotine So I switched lol . I got something by F& L but it also says FDA on the box .

I think a little clarification is in order here.

The FDA has not "approved" any e-juice at this point in time. However companies that make e-juice can and do use FDA approved ingredients. Carrying those ingredients would allow them to state that in some form

Good point Bebop. Dekang is registered with the FDA not certified by the FDA.
