Christie
Ok- so I went and bought an ego twist because I wanted a longer lasting battery and figured if Im buying a new battery I may as well get a better one and variable anything is better than stationary . ok-why do I change the voltage? what is the benefit of higher vs lower voltage is it vapor production ? I dont think the taste is any better should it be? im just vaping vanilla so maybe that doesnt get any better lol.please em-part your wisdom !!!! Aquatroy
It's on the bottom...just twist it..see the little numbers? Don't start full blast, always start low (especially with a new atty) and increase slowly till you find your spot!
IMEDICx90
The reason you up the voltage is to get more output on the atty. if you increase it the vapor will increase(subjective based on pg/VG ratio), the actual temperature of the vapor will heat up, and you will get an overall more satisfying vape due to the fact that it heats the juice faster causing the nicotine to become more easily and more fully absorbable. Does that help any? I sit around 4.2 with a 2.2 ohm head.
bcartervol98
What Imedic said exactly. Higher voltage is best paired with higher resistance. I use 2.2ohm coils and some flavors I vape at 3.5v and some at 4ish. Personally I get a burned taste in most liquids around 4.3-4.4. It's amazing the difference a tenth of a volt will make in flavor and vapor production.

Christie
Yes this is very helpful , I didnt pay attention to my coils I ordered one box of 1.5 and another box at another time of 2.5 the first one was the 1.5 and when I ordered them I didnt know there was a choice on the website dropdown menu so I didnt choose and thats what I got .the other ones I ordered them because thats what was in the evod i originally bought . Thank you So much for all your answers it helps a lot I havent had a chance to try spearmint but I love the peppermint gotta play with the voltage now! and I probably need to get some spearmint too . bcartervol98
My wife and I are mint nuts. Just the pure flavors. We have decided if it has candy, chocolate, pie, cake, or ice cream in the name we will not like it. Just pure singular flavors and the mints do the trick.
