London
Previous smoker who has quit on and off for years..last time 2 years. Just started here and there lately and I got nervous, so someone told me about this. I am totally hooked..LOVE it. I just have a starter kit but the guy at the local shop let me try his stronger battery. I want one but it it too long, I want the same size I have now. Is there what Im looking for? IMEDICx90
well do you have a link to the batteries you bought? or a picture of them? you probably are wanting something along the lines of a 650mAh battery like this one here: http://www.theveteranvaper.com/joye-ego-c-twist-650mah-battery/ or these: http://www.theveteranvaper.com/joye-ego-c-upgrade-650mah-battery/ those are short batteries and have a decent charge depending on how much you vape. if you chain vape regularly you are gonna want a bigger battery. my wife started where you did with this but once she realized that you aren't going to compete with anything like a cigarette as far as size. the better the battery the bigger it usually is. same way with mods and tanks. hope that helps and welcome to the forum! London
thank you..that makes sense..is the first one better? I noticed it is more $$
IMEDICx90
well the first one is a VV or variable voltage. which is how you can get around the bigger battery. you can dial up the volts to get a better vape. but both are good batteries and you will have a good experience with either Uma
London
ok..just you one more question..on the first one, if you crank it up, does it start to run low pretty quick?
IMEDICx90
it can. its all going to depend on your vaping habits. but i will preach like the rest of the forum here that you should always have a backup to everything. batteries, clearomizer/tank/cartomizer, charger, juice, etc. because if you truly want to quit you dont want to give yourself a reason to buy a pack of cigarettes. Start up costs can get expensive if you let it but if you control your spending and only buy quality items the first time around chances are you wont have to replace them unless you want to Uma

IMEDICx90
I would recommend for your back up clearomizers (the tank that holds your juice) you look at the kanger T3S and get a few of those and the replaceable coils. Uma

bcartervol98
T3S, just ordered 10 yesterday http://www.sweet-vapes.com/shop?page=shop.product_details&flypage=vmj_color_plus.tpl&product_id=1943&category_id=46 Replacement Coils http://www.sweet-vapes.com/shop?page=shop.product_details&flypage=vmj_color_plus.tpl&product_id=1951&category_id=46 I try to order from Brian at veteranvaper.com but when he doesnt have something, sweet-vapes.com is usually my second choice fpor batteries and delivery systems due to their huge selection of colors and variety plus outstanding customer service. Their liquids are very good too but I prefer VapeDudes.com overall for my liquids. Uma
Uma
I echo your helpers, they're spot on. You have in your hand right now, a 3.7volt battery. If you purchase the eGo Twist, you will now have a battery that can go lower and higher, providing you with a range of ooomph to choose from for every different flavor you have. I have the regular eGo, the eGo Twist and a Vision Spinner or two. The Spinner is a bit easier to read the dial, but I have old tired eyes. The eGo Twist is lighter and just fine for young whippersnappers like the rest of youze. Welcome to the forum, and a huge congrats to you for switching over to the eCigs. Bebop
All of what has been suggested to you is slightly larger than what you have now but there is no way around that if you want better performance- longer battery life and more vapor. I suggest going with 1.8 ohm replacement coils and the second battery if length is your first concern. The first battery and the T3 suggested will be over an inch longer than what you have now
