Bebop
My Wife got an order from Sweet-Vapes just before the weekend so we've tried out some new flavors. I won't review them other than to say they were all decent and quite vapable. Juicy peach, cinnamon roll, Spearmint, Chocolate truffle. I digress.... This is the first time I have ever paired a flavor. The cinnamon roll by itself was good. Perfectly acceptable and enjoyable. A little "bready" but not bad. But when I took a sip of coffee and then vaped it, Wow! It came alive. I'm not kidding, it was significantly better. I was quickly addicted and now I have to vape the cinnamon roll with coffee. I tried vaping it through the day but it just wasn't the same. Again not bad, but I was amazed how the combination was outstanding. But then I thought, the only time my wife has ever struggled through this process is when she has a glass of wine. I mean the first words out of her mouth after we tip a glass is "oh my god, I want a cigarette". Fortunately, she has some tobacco flavor vape and that totally does it for her. But again, she loves the pairing of wine and tobacco flavors. It's funny, I don't have the same thought at all. I'm happy to have a beer or a glass of wine without vaping. In fact I don't enjoy the combination of sweet and alcohol. I guess that was a bit long-winded, lol. I'm interested to hear about other's "pairings". It's kind of added a whole new dimension to this thing. kitsune
bcartervol98
The one thing for me as a moderate social drinker is having the taste of tobacco when I have alcohol. My all day vape (this week) is Spearmint. I enjoy that more in the morning, sometimes I switch to Strawberry in the afternoon and evening. It seems to work better after food, and I love fresh strawberries and it is amazing how VapeDudes nailed the taste of a natural strawberry. I bought a couple quarts of local grown strawberries at work the other day and would eat a strawberry then take a pull of the Strawberry Fields, they complimented each other nicely. I will say I am not sure I would not still have an analog or two when I drink (mostly on weekends on the lake) if I hadnt found the tobacco flavor that works for me. I pretty much exclusively order from VapeDudes now BUT for me Sweet-Vapes Traditional Tobacco hits the spot behind a glass of bourbon or a beer. I just cannot seem to enjoy Strawberry, Spearmint, or Peach with bourbon or beer.
Bebop
Yes, I haven't found a great vape to go with a beer. Honestly smoking along with having a beer was par for the course in the past. The coffee flavors definitely don't go with a beer. I'm thinking I'll have to try a nutty flavor or maybe even break down and try that pizza vape I saw somewhere. Oh no, another e liquid quest, lol.....

I cannot imagine any other flavor I know of tasting good with a glass of Makers Mark or a cold beer.
CascadianExotics
Believe me...I've tried to find a good non-tobacco to go with a good craft IPA. So far, I've been less than successful. Thankfully, my "go-to" flavor preferences are all tobaccos.Interestingly enough, I do enjoy a beverage-flavor after a good meal!!! Citrus, creamy, fruit, and coffee flavors all have their places. However, I really like Cola. It naturally pairs with any meal....especially BBQ!!!
