Christopher Posted October 20, 2009 Share Posted October 20, 2009 The FDA has placed a suggestive ban on Electronic Cigarettes and E Liquid because they have not been officially approved. Even though the primary ingredients inside the liquid have been approved by the FDA as general safe, they have not been approved in vapor form. That's the very short version anyway. There is currently an ongoing lawsuit taking place between Smoke Everywhere and NJOY against the FDA for their actions.
